In the HR area I can work in my main goal: Develop a better society from the companies.

We have a huge responsiblility because we are the managers of a lot of people in the most of their time in the day. For this reason we must create a healthy enviroments and a companies oriented to make people happy.

Also I love do it with a close supported by the technology (one of my pasiones) for create a connect word between the companies and their employees.

Aling both things for build new models more oriented to the people, efficiency and with a real value for the organizations.

  • As the Human Resources manager I have 2 main purposes:
    Create all necessary processes and policies for develop the best talent in CENTUM according our corporative culture.
    Working in the company strategy and critical issues like member of the direction board.
  • Definition of People Strategic Plan for 5 years and its annual implementation. Defining annual KPI´s and their progress.
  • Area budget management: reporting, updating and tracking. Aprox: 80K€
  • Creation, definition and implementation of all the processes and policies of the department: Talent attraction, recruiting, professional development, wage policies, internal communication and labour relations.
  • Promotion of the corporative culture through events, meetings and policies.
  • Management of the department processes and execution of the critical issues:
    • Recruiting executive profiles.
    • Define of annual training programs.
    • Assure the administration commitments (Payrolls, law issues...).
    • Definition the organization (chart) changes and roles.
      -Define the annual wages.
  • Create and develop the department Team.
  • Collaboration with IT department in the development of necessary software tools.
