Accountable for managing and implementing Marketing & Communications (Marcomms) plans and activities across global locations.
The role is integral for driving results through marcom deliverables and social media activation along with improving internal communications through employee engagement.
The role liaised to closely work with the Global and National Heads to ensure the internal client’s needs in India are met. Also, strong working relationships with the sales team, product innovation and human resources.
Regional accountabilities will cover market-level Corporate Reputation (Brand and Issue Management), supporting the Client facing activities, implementation of group branding and policies, marketing campaign management, product launches, presentations, market research, media relations, internal communications, corporate events and sponsorships, and management of key stakeholder relations in-market.
Work with creative supervisors, artists and sales leadership in crafting client centric communication and website updation.
Manage the marketing communications function (planning, budgeting, customizing marketing communications, getting the sign-offs from business leads, driving the relationship marketing process).
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (content owners, vendors, research, web amp social, content writers, designers) to deliver on marcom activities.
Liaise with Group PR function Leverage Group Marketing Shared Services.
Proactively advise on improving marketing processes and programs by using best practices
Source, negotiate and manage third party suppliers.
Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team across India, London and LA to adapt and implement central marketing tools and materials.
Provide writing and editing support for all press and promotional materials and website content.
Liaise with management, production and seniors to identify projects for publicity to generate press opportunities.
To interact and liaise with external agencies, clients and other business partners to gain approvals for quotes, press releases and images or video for promotional use.
Assist in planning and effective delivery of key global events and activities for the company.
Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and adherence to brand guidelines.
